Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At 86 Cold Press, we offer flexible purchasing options, including one-time orders, subscriptions, and seasonal pre-orders. Below is our cancellation policy for each type of purchase.

One-Time Orders

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the selected delivery date.

Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund or credit, as ingredients are sourced and prepared in advance.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans can be managed directly through your account on our website or mobile app. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time.

To ensure changes are applied to your upcoming delivery, all subscription modifications must be made at least 24 hours prior to your next billing date.

If a subscription is canceled after the billing has been processed, the order will be fulfilled and delivered as scheduled. Future deliveries will be canceled going forward.

Seasonal Pre-Orders and Limited Releases

Due to limited availability and small-batch production, all seasonal pre-orders and specialty releases are final sale after the cutoff time listed on the product page.

If you need to modify or cancel your seasonal order, please contact us before the stated preorder deadline.
